This document is a placeholder template. Have a solicitor review and replace it before you take payment from real customers.
1. Who we are
Stagers Hub(“we”, “us”) is operated by the company shown on our invoices. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret. You may invite team members; you are responsible for what they do.
3. One business per workspace
Each Stagers Hub workspace is licensed to one business entity. You may not share workspace access, login credentials, or invite team members from outside your organisation in order to share the cost of a subscription. Two staging studios working independently must each have their own workspace and their own subscription.
We will treat persistent sharing across distinct businesses as a breach of these terms and may suspend the workspace after notice. If you operate two related entities under common ownership and want a single workspace, email support@stagershub.com and we will confirm in writing whether your setup qualifies.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, infringing, or designed to disrupt the service for other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
5. Your data
Your inventory, photos, receipts and project data belong to you. We store them securely (Supabase, hosted in the EU/UK or US depending on the region you sign up from). You can export everything at any time from Settings → Export. If you delete an item it goes to a 30-day trash; after that it is permanently purged. If you cancel your account, your data is purged 30 days after cancellation.
6. Pricing
Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. We will give you 30 days' notice of any price increase that affects your plan. Founder Pricing customers (16-100) keep their locked rate as long as their subscription remains active.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. a lost client because of a service outage). Our maximum liability in any 12 month period is the fees you paid us in that period.
8. Termination
Either side can terminate at any time. Cancel from Settings → Plan. We can terminate immediately for breach of these terms, with notice otherwise.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in those courts.
